What are the delivery Charges?

  •  UAE City Limits are chargeable at AED 12 and take 1-2 working days for delivery
  • UAE Remote Areas are chargeable at AED 35 and take up to 3-6 working days for delivery (depending on area)

How long will it take for my order to arrive, once it ships?

Domestic orders: All UAE Customers, if you order today you received your order on next day (only in City Area). Far Area or Remote areas takes 2-4 days. Same-day delivery is also available only for Dubai.

International orders only GCC normally arrive within 1-2 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before they will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

How do i cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing us at [email protected] or you can WhatsApp us at +971 58 180 7430 before the item has been dispatched.

If the product has already been dispatched then you can cancel it at the time of delivery.

Your refund can be processed once you get in touch with our customer care representative.

How Long it take to complete the cancellation request?

It would take 1-2 working days to cancel the order and you will be notified by a call or an e-mail regarding the cancellation. If the item has already been dispatched then it would take around 7-15 working days for the cancellation and refund process to complete. You can also contact our customer care representative through an e-mail or call as mentioned on the Contact us page.

Note:- In the case of order through COD, your refund process would take a little more time.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders may take up to 1 full business day to be processed, picked, and packed before it is shipped.  You will receive your order on next day (only for UAE City Areas). Orders placed during a sale may take a little more time to process in our warehouse due to high volume. We will try our best to get your goodies to you as soon as possible.

What Does the Delivery does not match the delivery time?

We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within the same day (only UAE) of the order date. However, in some cases, it may take longer, up to 1 or more working days when there is a heavy demand. Also, the order is processed on all weekdays including Saturdays except for Fridays and major holidays.

ALL ORDERS RECEIVED ON Saturday  WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING Sunday and Delivered to you on the next day (for UAE City Areas Only). Far or remote areas may take 2-4 days.

What are you supposed to do if you haven't received an invoice?

All items will be shipped with an invoice. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may write an e-mail to [email protected] mentioning your order reference number.

What if the item is damaged or you want replacement?

If an item arrives visibly damaged please reach us through the details mentioned in the ‘Contact Us’ option.

How do I make my payment?

You have multiple options to make your payment i.e. COD, internet banking, and Bank Deposit and we accept all types of credit and debit cards.

Returns and Exchanges Related Questions

What is your returns Policy ?

Items shipped from at2books.com can be returned within 7 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Refund or replacement is possible only in case of any manufacturing defect or software problem. It is also mandatory to have the bill along with the product.

What is the procedure if i wish to request for a return/replacement? (only for UAE)

For a speedy return/replacement process kindly get in touch with us through the details mentioned in the ‘Contact us’ option. If you are unable to get in touch with us, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace or give a refund for the order.

If our customer support team determines that your problem qualifies for a return, then you can send us the product at our address mentioned in our ‘Contact us’ option and we can do the needful for you.

All products must be packed correctly in original packaging for them to be eligible for return.

Note – For all the products which require a return or replacement, then the product sent has to be self-shipped by you for which no charges shall be paid.

If you want to arrange picked up by us then 20 AED is the Charge to be paid for Deliver back to us.

When are returns not acceptable?

We will not be able to accept any returns after 7 days from the date of delivery.

We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken. The product should not be used/damaged and should be in the same condition as well as in the original packaging.

All the products delivered in our “package” must be returned. Anything missing from the “package” will not be accepted.

We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.

Note – Your order will only be canceled once you have received a revert from us with respect to the cancellation.
